Henry S. Doyle decd-

In the name of God Amen I Henry S. Doyle of Fanett Township Franklin County and state of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life as most[?] and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following to suit[?]. First it is my will and I as order that all my just debts are [illegible] expenses too only paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my deceased time I will and bequeath all my estate real and personal to my wife Elenar and three Children Seriann Armistice Doyle, Anthony W. Doyle and Maryellen Felistis Doyle according to the laws of Pennsylvania. I nominate and appoint Basel J. Doyle Gardeey[??] of my three Children Seriann Armistice Doyle Anthony W. Doyle and Maryellen Felistis Doyle. And lastly I nominate Constitute and appoint Barnabas A. Doyle and Joseph P. Doyle to be my Executors of this my last will, hereby washing all other wills legacies & bequeaths by no[?] heretofore made and allow this and no other to be my last will and testament. In [illegible] whereof I have hereunto with my hand and seal the 19th day of January A. D. 1859. Signed, sealed and declared by the Testator as his last will and testament.

George W. Toms Register of the probate of wills & c. in and for said County, to Thomas Taylor by whom it has been presented to me, that J. G. McClure by reason of bodily infirmity is unable to appear personally before me at the Registry office at Chambersburg to prove the last will and testament of Henry S. Doyle late of Fannet Township in said County deceased to which he is a witness. And Know . . . [illegible part] . . . appointed Thomas Taylor Esq. to be deputy Register for the . . .[illegible section]

On this 30th day of March A. D. 1859, personally appeared before me Thomas Taylor Esq Deputy Register for this especial purpose J. H. McClure who being duly sworn [?] according to law, aid depose [?] that he is a subscribing witness to the foregoing instrument of courting, that he was personally present and said Henry S. Doyle read and write [sic] his name unto, and heard him publish pronounce and acclaim the same as and for his last will and testament that of the time of this doing thought the said decesed was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding according to the best of his knowledge and belief, and that his name thereunto subscribed as witness is in his own proper hand writing and done at the same time.

Before me George W. Toms [?] Register of the probate of wills so in and for said County personally came John A. Doyle and of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing who being duly sworn according to law aid depose and say that he was personally present and said Henry S. Doyle now deceased write his name unto, and heard him publish pronounced and declared the same and for his last will and testament, and that at the time of the doing thought he was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding according to the best of his knowledge and belief, and that his name thereunto subscribed as witness is in his own proper hand writing and done at the same time. Sworn and subscribed this 2nd day of February 1859. Before me Geo. W. Toms [?]

April 2nd 1859-- You Barnabas A. Doyle and Joseph W. Doyle as swear that as Executors of the last will and testament of Henry S. Doyle decd. Law will will and truly administer the goods and chattel signed and credits of said deceased according to law, & also diligently & faithfully regard & will and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to collateral inheritances before me.
